Package 1: Access at The Resource Den (cost is the annual fee of the membership platform). Education only without individualized evaluation.
Package 2: Sleep evaluation and intake forms, analysis of assessment (on average 7-9 hours of analysis of assessment is needed) educational content, evaluation review virtual session, and follow up sessions as indicated.
We are licensed to support sleep in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
