Evaluations begin September 9, 2025!
Package 1: Access at The Resource Den (cost is the annual fee of the membership platform).
Package 2: Sleep evaluation and intake forms, analysis of assessment (on average 9-10 hours of analysis of assessment is needed) educational content, evaluation review virtual session, and one follow up virtual session.
Package 3: Same as Package 2 (including evaluation session plus follow up session) AND an additional 4 follow up virtual sessions. This is for the client who has long standing challenges with sleep that may require more support over time. This allows for tracking of sleep efficiency, intervention implementation and titrating interventions for most effective outcomes.
We are licensed to support sleep in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
