Self Care/Self Awareness Fall Retreat!

Your child will experience mind, body, and spirit tools to support self regulation. We will review the nature scale of self regulation - using the metaphor of a storm to describe feelings. We will also be creating a wooden hand fidget for a take home tool. Campers will engage in yoga, mindfulness, deep breathing, art, and so much more! Campers will wrap up the evening with a camp fire! We hope your child can join us!
