Parent/Caregiver Summer Reset

TIME:  7:30-8:30 P.M. 

Restorative Yoga Practice for all ability levels!

We may be indoor or outdoor - weather dependent. 

A time for you to take care of your mind, body and spirit.  

Facilitated by our very own Rachel Everson Fink.  

She will share informative tips and give an introduction on manual muscle testing as well!
